All items bought off of KSL.com or Bulwardblogspot.com must be picked up at will call at the corporate offices of Bulward.

Warranty Disclaimer and Release:
BA (as owner and/or consignee does not warrant the authenticity, condition, quality or value of auctioned goods, including conformity thereof to any applicable state or federal law (i.e., copyright, trademark, licensing, etc.).
Seller expressly disclaims all implied and express warranties of any kind respecting the auctioned goods, including the implied warranties of “merchantability” and “fitness for particular use or purpose.” Seller does not warrant the condition of auctioned goods. Goods are sold “as is,” “where is,” and constitutes salvaged, used distressed, returned and/or liquidated property.
Buyer acknowledges its consent hereto and releases seller from any and all liability associated with the goods and buyer’s purchase thereof, including any incidental and consequential damages.
Buyer accepts all liability and responsibility respecting purchased goods, including responsibility for the proper transportation, maintenance, use, previous or existing assembly, resale and/or care thereof.
